Managing your IBS , Low FODMAPs course starting Hoylake, Wirral

Are you finding your IBS symptoms hard to manage? Have you been told to follow a certain diet but not been given any support? On a long waiting list for NHS services but finding the private fees a bit too much?

I am pleased and excited to be starting a regular 3 session programme – Managing your IBS, the low FODMAPs diet- to be held at the Hoylake Parade Comunity Centre, Hoylake, Wirral.

Main details:

The programme will consist of 3 × 2 HR sessions over three months (i.e one per month)
Qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian
Weekdays to start with weekends as interest dictates
First run starting late Feb/March
Cost £25 per session (usual one to one program £250)
Booklets and worksheets included
