The latter part of this week has been a busy one as I have been catching up on work, after being struck down with a virus which left me with dreadful labyrinthitis. I’m almost walking straight now so I’m on the way to recovery. My apologies to anyone who I had meant to email or phone.

This week (or the last part of it, anyway)

  • Completed an article for a client. This is on a health condition and will be for a website.
  • Reviewed some low FODMAP recipes for a client in Israel.
  • Worked with some of my individual clients in the clinic (Elderly care and Diabetes clients).
  • Worked with my Dietitian mentees on freelance work.
  • Met with some elderly care home staff to discuss and start a project I am doing.

Can’t wait until next week!!

I’m also working on starting a monthly newsletter. I would love some feedback from you as to what you would like to see in a newsletter. Please do contact me. Thanks, xx
