In my clinics, I see a lot of people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Each person has a different treatment and needs a different dietary approach but many trial the low FODMAP diet, which is the second phase of the NICE guidelines recommendations for the management of IBS.

Slow cooker sausage and bean casserole

Continuing without an oven, I was out all day so did a sausage casserole in the slow cooker. I don’t know why people can tend to be a bit snobby about sausage. Many people don’t want to admit they are having a standard, filling, family dinner rather than a more exciting and adventurous meal with interesting ingredients.

A new addition to the service menu for 2019
